Eichler Swim and Tennis Club (ESTC) is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to fill the role of Member Services  focusing on supporting members and assisting in coordinating lifeguarding and swim and tennis programming. Job Description:

Member Services- Aquatics and Tennis Programs will be a part-time (expected 29 hours per week), on-site position, collaborating closely with the Club Manager to ensure the successful execution of recreational aquatics and tennis operations. Reporting to the Club Manager, this role will play a crucial part in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for members and guests participating in Club activities. 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lifeguarding Coordination:
      • Assisting with recruiting, training and scheduling of lifeguards, lifeguarding when necessary 
      • Contribute to or run regularly scheduled Lifeguard in-service training 
    • Club Program Support: Tennis & Pickleball:
      • Help the General Manager as needed.  This may include: coordinate tennis program logistics, including equipment, court reservations, and member communications and coordination with Tennis Pro
      • Gather member feedback to continuously improve the overall tennis program
    • Assist the Club Manager with back office responsibilities, staffing the office, working with members.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Training:

    • Experience in leadership and/or management positions involving program coordination and execution.
    • Customer orientation.
    • Ability to understand and manage emotions effectively.
    • Experience with Google Workspace office applications, Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience as a lifeguard and instructor or experience directing activities at swimming pools.

License, Certification, and Other Requirements: (ESTC will support post-hire if necessary)

    • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and evenings.
    • Ability to swim.
    • Current, valid Driver’s License.
    • Lifeguard , First Aid and CPR Certification                                                

Compensation Range: $35.00/hr  depending on skills and experience.
